Choice- Acrylic

My painting is of a road and a colorful sky. Something I like about my painting is the sky, I like how it looks realistic and how the colors go into each other. Something I don't like about my painting is the grass, I don't think it looks as realistic and I think I could have added more detail. I used a color in my painting because my painting is more of a cool color scheme. I also used line in my painting because the lines on the road are thin and dark and the lines on the side of the road are thin and light. I also used form in my painting because the road and sky takes up most of the space in the painting. I used balance in my painting because each side of the painting is asymmetrical and they don't look exactly alike. Lastly I used contrast in my painting because I used lighter and darker values in the clouds to make them look real.
